LEED FEATURES AT THE EMPIRE
The Empire is expected to achieve LEED O+M Gold-certified building, spans 272,000 square meters of gross floor area, setting a benchmark of sustainability and operational efficiency.
WELL FEATURES AT THE EMPIRE
The Empire is designed to address WELL Standard’s ten key human health elements: AIR, WATER, NOURISHMENT, LIGHT, MOVEMENT, THERMAL COMFORT, SOUND, MATERIALS, MIND and COMMUNITY.

The Empire follows global standards, with energy ad water conservation programs in place. The property was awarded ‘MEA Energy Saving Building’ by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, passing the MEA’s index and quality of energy consumption for luminosity and air quality.
COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY SAVING INITIATIVES HAVE ALSO BEEN IMPLEMENTED TO REDUCE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION AND GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS
The Empire has commenced a pilot project for the improvement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system which is an application of technology to automatically increase the efficiency of the cooling water system, thus enhancing energy efficiency. While lights have been continually implemented with LED options, allowing The Empire to pave the way into a green, eco-friendly future for office spaces.

AWC ‘GIVE GREEN’ INITIATIVE
The Empire has also engaged regularly with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and entrepreneurs in the Sathorn district, to host ‘Give Green CBD: Synergy Power’, in an effort to foster a green community. As part of the initiative, The Empire has committed to raise public awareness on growing environmental issues.
