Join the Barter Market – Swap Stories Without Spending Money

A market for those who believe that “every item has its own unique value.” Simply bring items you’d like to share and exchange them with other participants — from home goods, décor, and books to personal collections. This market welcomes every creative idea of giving and exchanging with heart.

Participation Details

• There is no booth fee. Participants are welcome to make voluntary donations,
  with all proceeds going to the Asset World Foundation for Charity (AWFC) to support social development in multiple areas — including environmental conservation, education, quality of life improvement,
  and sustainable community development.
• Booth spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation Guidelines

As Barter Market is a money-free exchange market that promotes the spirit of sharing and meaningful connections, please read and follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth operations and uphold the quality image of the event.

1. Registration

• Applications are open from 3–15 November 2025 via the designated link.
• The “Empire Building” team will review and confirm participation on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Items Eligible for Exchange

Items brought for exchange must be in good condition, clean, and usable, such as: Homeware / Décor / Books / Stationery / Collectibles / Clothing / Bags / Handmade items / Souvenirs

Not allowed for exchange

• Fresh or cooked food
• Used cosmetics or skincare products
• Broken, damaged, or unusable items
• Pets or any living animals
• Items that are inappropriate or may affect the organization’s image

3. Booth Rules

• Booth setup time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Participants may bring more than one item for exchange.
• All exchanges must be voluntary and mutually agreed upon, with no money involved.
• Items must be legally owned by the participant.
• The organizing team reserves the right to decline items that do not meet the guidelines or are unsuitable for the event.
• There is no booth fee. Participants may donate voluntarily, and all contributions will be donated to the Asset World Foundation for Charity (AWFC) to support social development in various aspects, including environmental conservation, education, quality of life enhancement, and sustainable community growth.
