The Asset World Foundation for Charity (AWFC), in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and leading partners, hosted the CBD WE RUN 2026 charity run for the 12th consecutive year at The Empire, located in the heart of Bangkok’s central business district (CBD). The event brought together more than 3,000 runners to promote health and wellness, strengthen communities, and encourage a more sustainable urban lifestyle.

CBD WE RUN 2026 is a signature charity half marathon in Bangkok, organized under the GIVE GREEN CBD initiative, which aims to transform Bangkok’s central business district into a creative and inclusive urban space. The event encourages healthy living, environmental awareness, and community engagement, while proceeds from the run support social, health, and environmental initiatives under the Asset World Foundation for Charity.

Organized under the theme “Run Creatively, Love Bangkok,” the event welcomed over 3,000 runners from across Thailand, transforming Bangkok’s CBD into a vibrant early-morning running route and celebrating the city’s dynamic urban energy.

More Than 50 Partners Support Bangkok’s Charity Run

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, alongside Mr. Michael Hariz, Chief Commercial Officer of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited, and representatives from more than 50 partner organizations across Bangkok’s CBD.

This collaboration between public and private sectors, along with community partners, reflects a shared commitment to developing Bangkok as a healthier, more livable, and sustainable city.
